3. Pricing and Availability

All prices displayed on this website are ex-showroom prices for Jaipur, Rajasthan, and are subject to change without prior notice. Prices do not include:

• RTO registration charges, road tax, and other government levies
• Insurance premium (mandatory third-party and optional comprehensive)
• Handling charges, extended warranty, and accessories
• Finance processing fees and applicable GST on finance products

The on-road price will be higher than the ex-showroom price. Please contact our showroom or submit an enquiry for the exact on-road price applicable at the time of purchase. Prices displayed on the website may not reflect real-time changes and should be confirmed with our team before making any financial decisions.

Vehicle availability (colour, variant) is subject to stock. We will inform you of available options at the time of enquiry or booking.

4. Bookings and Advance Payment

Booking a test ride or expressing interest through this website does not constitute a purchase agreement or reservation of a vehicle. A formal booking is confirmed only upon:

• Execution of a written Sale/Purchase Agreement at our showroom
• Payment of the agreed booking amount (advance payment) as specified in the agreement

Booking amounts and their refundability are governed by the specific terms agreed upon at the time of booking. In general:

• Booking amounts are refundable if the vehicle is not delivered within the committed timeline through no fault of the customer
• Booking amounts may be forfeited if the customer cancels the order after confirmation of vehicle allocation, subject to our cancellation policy applicable at the time

All bookings are subject to the final terms discussed and documented at our showroom.

5. Vehicle Purchase

The sale of all vehicles is subject to:

• Completion of KYC documentation as required under RBI and RTO guidelines (valid government-issued photo ID, address proof, PAN card)
• Successful processing of finance/loan (if applicable) and approval by the lending institution
• Full payment of the agreed on-road price prior to vehicle delivery
• Execution of all required sale documents, Form 21, Form 22, insurance policy, and RTO registration forms

Ownership of the vehicle transfers to the customer only after full payment is received and all documentation is completed. Until that point, the vehicle remains the property of Raj Yamaha Motors.

6. Warranty

All new Yamaha vehicles sold by us come with the standard manufacturer's warranty provided by India Yamaha Motor Pvt. Ltd. The warranty terms are governed solely by India Yamaha Motor's warranty policy, which is provided in the vehicle owner's manual and warranty booklet at the time of delivery.

Key warranty conditions include:

• Warranty is valid from the date of retail purchase for the period specified by India Yamaha Motor
• Warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use
• Warranty is void if the vehicle has been modified, misused, or if periodic services have not been carried out at authorized Yamaha service centres
• Consumables (tyres, brake pads, bulbs, batteries, engine oil) are not covered under warranty
• Damage due to accidents, flooding, negligence, or use of non-genuine parts is not covered

For warranty claims, please visit either of our authorized service centres with the vehicle and original purchase documents.

7. Service Terms

When you bring your vehicle to our service centre:

• A Job Card will be created listing the work to be performed and estimated cost before work commences
• Additional work discovered during service will be communicated to you for approval before proceeding
• We use only genuine Yamaha spare parts; requests to use non-genuine parts are accommodated at your own risk and may affect warranty
• Vehicles not collected within 7 days of service completion may attract storage charges
• We are not liable for loss of personal belongings left in the vehicle during service
• Test rides post-service are conducted by our technicians within the premises; customers are welcome to inspect the vehicle before collection

8. Finance and Insurance

We assist customers in obtaining vehicle finance and insurance through our banking and insurance partners. Please note:

• Finance approval is at the sole discretion of the lending institution and is subject to their eligibility criteria, credit assessment, and documentation requirements
• Interest rates, EMI amounts, and loan terms quoted are indicative and subject to change at the time of final disbursement
• We act as a facilitator and are not a party to the loan agreement between you and the lender
• Insurance premiums are as quoted by the insurance company and may vary based on vehicle variant, IDV, and add-on covers chosen

9. Exchange and Trade-In

We accept exchange and trade-in of used two-wheelers, subject to inspection and valuation. The exchange value offered:

• Is determined after physical inspection of the vehicle's condition, mileage, service history, and market value
• Is valid for the date of inspection only and may vary if the vehicle is brought in on a later date
• Is contingent on clear ownership — the vehicle must be in the customer's name and free of any loan, hypothecation, or legal dispute

We reserve the right to decline exchange of vehicles not meeting our minimum acceptance criteria.

10. Intellectual Property

The Yamaha brand name, logo, product names, and related trademarks are the property of Yamaha Motor Co. Ltd. and India Yamaha Motor Pvt. Ltd. We use these under authorization as an official dealer and do not claim ownership of Yamaha intellectual property.

All original content on this website (including text, layout, and design) is the property of Raj Yamaha Motors and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Raj Yamaha Motors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from use of this website
• Inaccuracies in pricing or product information displayed on the website
• Delays in vehicle delivery due to factors beyond our control, including supply chain disruptions, natural events, or government restrictions
• Any loss or damage arising from reliance on information provided on this website without verification from our showroom team

Our maximum liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us for the specific transaction in dispute.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

14. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
